TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1.    These Terms and Conditions define the type, scope, conditions and rules for making, cancelling, changing and settling reservations as part of the service provided electronically by NORDKAPP CARAVANCAMP AS, Organisasjonsnummer 974 387 905, Skutnesveien 2, 9763 SKARSVÅG, the owner of HYTTE CAMP NORDKAPP (Facility) via VisBook system to the Client.

2.    On this website, we use VisBook’s services to enable online reservations. When you search for availability or click on the ‘Reservations’ button on the website, you are redirected from hyttecamp.com to VisBook’s online solution. VisBook AS is the supplier and developer of our reservation system VisBook AS.

3.    VisBook provides an electronic service for making, changing or cancelling reservations for selected room(s) at the Facility and a service for making payments for reservations.

4.    As a condition of providing the Service:

a.    read the Terms and Conditions and accept their provisions by checking the appropriate boxes within the reservation form in the VisBook System;

b.    make an account in VisBook, completing registration form and confirm the accuracy of the data provided to the service provider.

5.    Provision of the Service is possible only after completing the reservation form within the VisBook and after accepting these Terms and Conditions.

6.    In order to use the services specified in these Terms and Conditions, it is required to have an Internet connection and an active and properly configured e-mail account.

7.    Use of the Service is voluntary.

RESERVATION

1.     All prices are in NOK (Norwegian kroner). The price is based on the number of guests and the length of your stay. The price includes electricity and water consumption, unless otherwise is advised.

2.    Booking by the Customer includes the following steps:

a.    selection of cabin provided by the Facility, based on the data and information provided in the System, in particular availability and price of cabin reservation; the prices provided in the System are gross prices and include only the services indicated as their components;

b.    entering by the Client the required data and information using a booking form – in particular name and surname, unique e-mail address and telephone number – within the System made available on the Facility’s website;

c.    confirmation by the Client that he/she has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions and submits the required statements. Failure by the Client to acknowledge and accept the content of the Terms and Conditions and to submit the required declarations makes it impossible to continue the booking procedure;

d.    to make payment if required by the price conditions of the Facility, on the terms selected;

3.    After entering the booking data and confirming the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer will automatically receive a message to the e-mail address provided in the course of the reservation, including a code and confirmation of the reservation, along with payment terms and the rules for changing or cancelling it. As soon as the confirmation is sent, the booking agreement is considered concluded.

4.    We reserve the right to refuse to make a reservation if there are no vacant rooms at the Facility. In this case, the Customer will receive an automatic message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the reservation process informing that the reservation cannot be made.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

1.    The entire stay must be paid on arrival.  

2.    Customer can cancel the reservation within max. 3 days prior to scheduled arrival without extra cost. Customer can do it by using VisBook system or wirting a message to: office@hyttecamp.com. Any cancellations after this date will be charged in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3.    After the cancellation of the reservation, the Customer will receive an automatic message to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the reservation process, including the confirmation of the cancellation of the reservation, and in case of cancellation without any costs and having made a payment for the reservation beforehand, the amount paid will be returned to the Customer to the account from which the payment for the reservation was made.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is no later than 11:00 (11 pm) on the day of departure.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3 pm). Occasionally where we are fully booked, check in time might be somewhat delayed.

The reception is open till 9 pm, but we offer Customers late booking. If you are going to come to Hytte Camp later than 9 pm, please let us know in advance, so we could wait for you.

INVENTORY AND FURNITURE

All rental properties are equipped with cooking facilities and kitchen appliances such as utensils, pots and pans and cutlery to cater for the number of guests stated in the property details.
Bed linen are not automatically provided, but can be rented in the office (140 NOK/person).

BEDS

In most of our properties the advertised number of beds cannot be exceeded, and makeshift beds on sofas etc. will not be accepted unless permission to do so is clearly stated in the rental contract.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in cottages and the cabins.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in all of our properties.

NOISE RESTRICTION

HYTTE CAMP is quiet at night and noises should be kept to a minimum after 23:00 (11 pm). If you experience any issues at night, you can contact the reception office.

      

COMPLAINTS

If any damages, errors or flaws are detected in the cabin, its furniture, appliances/utilities or installations, these have to be reported to Hytte Camp office immediately after arrival or time of detection. Repairs or replacements will be arranged as soon as possible.

We collect several data in order to be able to deliver our services to you in compliance with the privacy policy. We recommend you carefully read this statement – we explain there what types of personal data we collect and what we do with in compliance with the requirements of privacy legislation.
